Some of you that use this forum will kow who i am. if you don't my name is Neal and i have been cycling for about 2 months tops. I have about 100 miles 9 (if that) on my tires. However, i have lost 14 lbs so far and it has been a great experience. Hope to get better with time! I also am keeping a blog so when you get a chance check it out:
